What we do
Cohorts Capital funds up to 80% of your monthly Sales & Marketing budget. In return, we take a share of the gross margin from the customers it acquires, proportional to what we funded and capped at a return multiple. Once the cap is reached, all remaining customer lifetime value is yours, permanently.

Why this exists
Sales & Marketing is the biggest lever to scale revenue and the most capital-intensive. Everything spent acquiring customers is a cash deficit that recovers only months later. Equity bridges it but dilutes founders round after round. Debt does not fit, because fixed repayment ignores the variable timing of customer payback.
Cohorts Capital closes the gap with capital that flexes with cohort performance instead of against it.
How it works

As those customers pay, we take a share of their gross margin until we're repaid plus a capped return.

Cohort-based financing operates at scale in the United States, where dedicated funds have deployed billions into SaaS, fintech, and consumer companies.
