The thesis
Cohorts Capital is a specialist provider of non-dilutive, cohort-based financing to growth companies. We finance a company's Sales & Marketing spend and are repaid from the gross margin of the customers it acquires, capped, with the remaining lifetime value left to the company.
The model is proven at scale in the United States. We are building a dedicated provider, focused on the companies where the fit is strongest.
Who is behind this
Cesare Ancherani · Founder
LinkedIn →Cesare is an investment professional and former consumer-focused private equity investor. As strategic finance lead at a US growth company, he negotiated and operated one of these cohort-based financing structures from the company side, running both the deal and its day-to-day operation.
