The thesis
Cohorts Capital is a specialised fund with a single strategy. We provide non-dilutive, cohort-based financing to growth companies. We finance a company's Sales & Marketing spend and are repaid from the gross margin of the customers it acquires, capped, with the remaining lifetime value left to the company.
The model is proven at scale in the United States. For smaller companies, and in Europe, no dedicated provider exists. We are building one, beginning where capital is scarcest and the fit is strongest.
